Day in and day out, our Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) put their safety on the line to keep job-sites moving and workers protected. Rain or shine, in the heat of summer or the cold of winter, you stand firm-yet too often, you're overlooked, underappreciated, and left without the respect you deserve.

You should have opportunities and access to training and courses to help grow your careers, ensuring that every member has the support and resources needed to be come a multi-skilled labourer who can advance in the trade.

We've heard your frustrations. The long hours, the lack of proper breaks, the challenges of working in high-risk zones-while union leadership rarely steps up to ensure your're treated fairly. You deserve better. You deserve a leadership team that advocates for you, not just when it's convenient, but every single day!
