Damage Control or Real Answers? – Desperate Meetings

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

As the election approaches, the current executive board is in panic mode, rushing to hold a series of meetings. But instead of defending their record with facts, they rely on the same tired response—dismissing the serious allegations against them as "misinformation" without offering a shred of proof. They don’t explain. They don’t justify. They just deny and hope you’ll stop asking questions.

But ask yourself:

• If the allegations are not true, why won’t they defend themselves with facts instead of empty denials?

• Why is there talk among members that jobs are suddenly being offered within the union to those who support the board? Is this an attempt to secure votes and silence opposition?

• After 27 years of the same leadership, has your union improved—or has it just worked harder to protect itself?

  
  

For nearly three decades, the same inner circle of family and friends has controlled this union, cycling power among themselves. Now, when faced with serious allegations, they refuse to provide real answers. Instead of accountability, all we get is damage control and last-minute efforts to maintain their grip on power.

Will You Be Silenced—Or Will You Secure Your Future?

If you stay silent, you may feed yourself for a day—but at what cost? You become beholden to the control of this board, forced to rely on their favours while they continue to protect their own interests instead of yours.
