Election Appeal in Motion – Could We Be Voting Again?

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We’re hearing that the Members First Team has filed an official appeal regarding the May 9, 2025 LiUNA 1611 election, citing a number of alleged irregularities in the election process.

At this time, we don’t have the exact details of the appeal, but brothers and sisters—if the appeal is successful, we may be heading toward another election.

If this happens, it may raise serious concerns about how our Union ensures fair and transparent elections for the membership. These processes matter. Trust in our democratic systems is essential.
