URGENT MESSAGE TO ALL LIUNA 1611 MEMBERS

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We are reaching out with an important reminder regarding your mail-in ballot. Some members have reported that their return ballot envelopes have been mistakenly delivered back to them instead of reaching the Judge of Elections. It appears that some Canada Post workers may be mistakenly reading the member's name and address on the back of the return envelope as the delivery address, instead of properly delivering it to the Judge of Elections’ address, which is printed on the front with the correct postage.

Here’s What You Need To Know:

• Please carefully check your mail to see if your ballot has been returned to you by mistake.

• If it has, do not open the envelope, as this could void your vote.

• Instead, take the sealed envelope directly to your local Canada Post office and explain the situation. Request that they forward it to the address clearly printed on the front, to the Judge of Elections.

• You may also wish to notify the Judge of Elections to ensure they are aware of the issue.
