Photoshop Scandal: Fake Image + Fake Unity = Fake Leadership!

The current LiUNA 1611 executive board has been caught deceptively photoshopping Union Vice President and Business Agent Steve Hecocks into a group picture taken in Kelowna. This manipulated image was posted on the union’s official Facebook page—a blatant attempt to create a false impression of unity within the leadership.
This raises serious questions about the integrity of those running our union:
Why would your leadership feel the need to fake a photo to mislead members?
If they are willing to fabricate something as trivial as a group picture, what else are they willing to misrepresent?
Are they being transparent with your dues, contract negotiations, and pension decisions?
This isn’t just about a bad Photoshop job. It’s about trust. When your union leadership resorts to deception to maintain an illusion of unity, it speaks volumes about what’s happening behind closed doors.
If they can’t be honest about something as simple as a photo, how can we trust them with our union’s future?
It’s time for accountability. Demand honesty. Demand real leadership.
This spring, Your Voice is Your Power. How much longer will you allow them to deceive you?
